The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue by engaging with clients across B2C, field sales, and B2B environments. This position involves leveraging product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and maintain lasting customer relationships, all while utilizing Acculynx CRM software. Reporting directly to the Business Owner, the role requires dedication to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate sales terms to close deals effectively
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting using Acculynx CRM
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with CRM software, especially Acculynx
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Excellent product knowledge and customer service orientation
